The Traditions Club has built
the world's largest gingerbread house. All profits from the house are being donated to St. Joseph's Level II Trauma Center. The baking for the huge gingerbread house was led by Traditions Club Executive Chef Michael Menchaca.
The house is 60 feet by 42 feet. It is 20.11 feet tall at its highest point. Over 7,200 pounds of flour, 7,200 eggs, 1,800 pounds of butter and nearly 3,000 pounds of brown sugar were used in the construction. The gingerbread house has over 22,000 pieces of candy attached to it. The previous largest Gingerbread House was built inside the Mall of America. Take a look:
