White House Thanksgiving Menu Short on Details

The White House released the Thanksgiving menu for the Obamas. It's pretty scant on details, which must annoy the chefs who work so hard to do something special. The first menu item is "turkey." Roast turkey? Fried Turkey? Was it brined? Greens? That's it? Just "greens"? We need details, people. Here's the bare bones list:
