Just before Christmas Chef Mario Batali was a guest on Jimmy Fallon's show. Mario talked about how his family spends Christmas in
Michigan, cutting their own Christmas tree and making two feasts: on on Christmas Eve and one on Christmas Day. For Christmas Eve he makes three kinds of fish, crab claws, linguine with
clams and baby eels sauteed with
hot chiles and garlic. For Christmas Day, he makes
smoked ham, cheddar biscuits with black truffle honey,
and sweet potatoes. Jimmy's plans for Christmas dinner
sound so awful, we really hope he hired a caterer. Mario also talked about his
store and restaurant Eataly. Take a look:
