TomTom's New GPS Sport Watch Features Optical Heart Rate Technology
TomTom announced the launch today of its Runner Cardio GPS Sport Watch. It has a built-in heart monitor, which TomTom says eliminates the need to wear a separate chest strap. The watch has a Mio optical sensor which measures changes in blood flow by shining light through the skin.
The watch also tracks your distance, time, pace, speed and calories burned. You can train in one of five intensity zones. The watch costs $269.99. You can find more information about it here. Take a look:
