Three Couples Get Married at the Empire State Building on Valentine's Day

There were three weddings at the Empire State Building today. Even since Sleepless in Seattle the building has been viewed as a romantic landmark. In fact, the last episode of The Mindy Project paid homage to the building's romantic icon status in a hilarious bit where Mindy Kaling is mistaken for a terrorist because she is always hanging around the building looking for her one true love.

Today the three lucky couples won the right to be married at the iconic landmark on Valentine's Day after submitting their love stories to the Facebook page for the building. Here two of the couples talk about their big day and how happy they are. One couple brought their four children who seemed pretty happy with the venue. After the ceremonies, the couples posed for photos on the observation deck on the 86th floor. Take a look:
