The Visionaire is an eco-friendly luxury apartment complex in New York City. The LEED Platinum Certified condo building is full of green technology from eco-friendly paints to elevators with regenerative drives. Some of the green highlights include EnergyStar refrigerators, low wattage halogen lighting fixtures, in-building wastewater treatment system and pesticide free rooftop gardens that harvest rainwater.
