Ricky Martin Visits Port-au-Prince With Habitat for Humanity
Ricky Martin traveled to Port-au-Prince with Habitat for Humanity International's CEO Jonathan Reckford to visit one of the earthquake-ravaged neighborhoods. Ricky Martin was moved by the massive devastation caused by the 7.0-magnitude earthquake that struck last week.
Ricky Martin said, "The only words I can think of to describe what I've witnessed here today are that this is a living nightmare. The images that are now in my head will be impossible to erase. Children and families impacted by this disaster will need long-term help restoring their lives, in every sense of the word. Every family is a family in need. I'm asking each of you to think about the future of the children. What they will need to survive after they are properly fed and have received appropriate medical care is a safe and decent home."
The Ricky Martin Foundation (RMF) continues its partnership with Habitat for Humanity (HFH) by creating the RMF/HFH Haiti Recovery Fund. Both organizations are encouraging supporters to visit habitat.org/rmfhaiti to donate now for immediate and long-term recovery efforts in Haiti.

Ricky Martin's Day at the Beach With His Sons

Ricky Martin Gives His His Baby Son His First Bath
Ricky Martin posted this adorable photo of him giving his infant son his first bath. Ricky says the picture was taken one year ago. We're not sure if the baby is Matteo or Valentino, but he certainly is cute.

Ricky Martin is a New Father to Twin Boys
 Ricky Martin has certainly been keeping this on the QT: he just had twin boys using a surrogate mother. Not surprisingly, he's taking the rest of the year off from work.
The "Livin' la Vida Loca" singer's spawn were delivered via a surrogate mother several weeks ago, his rep confirmed today.
"The children, delivered via surrogacy, are healthy and already under Ricky's full-time care," per the official statement.
"Ricky is elated to begin this new chapter in his life as a parent and will be spending the remainder of the year out of the public spotlight in order to spend time with his children."
No further details were made available, including either the tots' names or vital statistics.
There's also no word on the identity of the boys' mother.
Ricky is 36. Presumably, he is now up to his ears in diapers and bottles. Congratulations!
