Grilling Season Begins
Summer days and warm temperatures have arrived. This means more time for outdoor grilling. Some popular meat items for the grill include chicken, burgers, hot dogs, brats, sausages, ribeyes, t-bones, shrimp, strip steak, lamb and sirloin. These meats should be especially popular for grilling
this summer thanks to the large number of people following low-carb diets. However, meats are not the only foods that can be grilled. Vegetables and fruits can also be cooked on a grill.
Some good choices are apples, onions, jalapenos, corn on the cob, pineapple, tomatoes, mushrooms, red bell peppers,
squash, eggplant and zucchini.
