Miss USA Contestants Wear Bikinis From Jessica Simpson Collection
Contestants in this year's Miss USA pageant will be wearing swimsuits from the Jessica Simpson Collection during the swimsuit portion of the contest, reports the New York Daily News. The green string bikinis from the Jessica Simpson Collection are worn by Miss USA contestants in the picture above. They green bikinis will retail for $88. There are also white and gold string bikinis that sell for $104. There's a video of the girls in the bikinis here.
The singer-actress-designer's Jessica Simpson Collection snagged the coveted crown as the annual beauty pageant's swimwear sponsor this year, usurping Syrup Swimwear which provided teensy suits for the past two years.
Identical $104 white 'n' gold string bikinis were especially created for the contest, as well as the $88 bright green string bikinis modeled by the crown-chasers during a pre-pageant photo shoot in Las Vegas.
The website for the Jessica Simpson Collection can be found here. The swimsuits worn by Miss USA contestants are not on the website yet. They will go on sale after the Miss USA competition is over. The Miss USA pageant is held on April 19th. You can see the website here.
