Video: Martha Stewart Makes Pork Paillards With Sour Cream Paprika Sauce

Martha Stewart stops by The Today Show to teach Matt Lauer how to make Pork Paillards. Martha lets Matt pound slices of pork tenderloin until they are very, very thin, then cooks them quickly in grapeseed oil. She finishes with a reduction sauce. Take a look:

You can see the recipe for Martha's Pork Paillards With Sour Cream Paprika Sauce here. There are many more recipes in the January issue of Martha Stewart Living which is on newsstands now.

Susan Boyle: I Chose Madonna Song You'll See as Response to Childhood Bullies

Matt Lauer interviewed Susan Boyle for a Thanksgiving evening special for NBC's People of the Year. In this teaser trailer, Susan talks about how she's changed over the past year. She also says she chose Madonna's song "You'll See" for her new album as a response to the teachers who beat her and the children who bullied her mercilessly when she was a child at school. Susan will be singing live on The Today Show later this morning. Take a look:

Video: Taylor Lautner Talks Fame, Staying Grounded and Taylor Swift's SNL Shout Out

Apparently Matt Lauer called dibs on all the Twilight cast interviews. This time he interviews Taylor Lautner about his role as werewolf Jacob Black in New Moon. Matt asked Taylor, who is only 17, how he stays grounded with all the publicity and screaming fans. Taylor says it's important to focus on the work and hang out with his old friends and family, that they keep him grounded. He also admitted he was totally surprised and blushed when Taylor Swift gave him a shout out during her Saturday Night Live monologue. Take a look:

Video: Rob Pattinson Jokes Every Tabloid Rumor About Him is Absolutely True

Robert Pattinson appeared on The Today Show to chat with Matt Lauer about all the New Moon madness. Matt said he would give Rob a chance to bat down all the wild tabloid rumors about him. So he would read a tabloid headline and Rob would say True or False.

But Rob, who has a wicked sense of humor, said that every crazy headline was absolutely true, from his dating a co-star whose name rhymes with Tristan Blewart ("there was a Liston Hewitt last year. That would be true, yes") to a drug overdose, dating "nonstop" and his suffering some kind of derriere injury. It's pretty funny. Take a look:

Video: Meredith Vieira and Martha Stewart Have an Apple Bie Bake Off

Martha Stewart and Meredith Vieira had an apple bie baking contest on The Today Show. Meredith used her mother's handwritten recipe and Martha used her recipe which has a homemade crust (Meredith uses store bought pie crust). Matt Lauer is the judge and he gets more and more nervous as he realizes that no matter who he picks, he is going to be in big trouble. You can see Jon Bon Jovi in the background laughing, because it's a very funny clip (who knew Meredith was so competitive about cooking?). So who won? Take a look:

You can find both recipes here.

They appeared on The Today Show to show Matt Lauer and Meredith Vieira how to make some traditional Southern recipes that have been modernized. The brothers cook up Pimiento Cheese Potato Gratin and Caeser Salad With Catfish Croutons. Take a look:

Today Show Hosts Go All Out for Star Wars Halloween

George Lucas graciously provided authentic props and costumes for The Today Show's Halloween show. The cast dresses up as characters from Star Wars and looked amazing. New York's Rockefeller Plaza was transformed for the show.

Al Roker was Emperor Palpatine and later Han Solo (he got a double role), Meredith Vieira was Princess Leia, Matt Lauer was Luke Skywalker, Ann Curry was Darth Vader (but earlier in the bit James Earl Jones was Darth Vader's voice), Hoda Kotb was Yoda, Kathie Lee was C-3PO and Natalie Morales was Queen Amidala. Alas, the canopy on Luke's fighter didn't open quite fast enough, but other than that glitch things went off smoothly. Well, other than the cheeky Ewok that apparently decided to take an unwarranted liberty with Meredith Vieira when her back was to him. Take a look:

Video: Matt Lauer and the Ghost of Hairstyles Past

On The Today Show, the hosts got a look back in time at what they saw what they looked like when they were first starting in their careers. The action news team shot features a youthful Meredith Vieira and a mustachioed Matt Lauer. Al Roker has a horrifying suit on and Ann Curry is working the sideswept bangs look. It's all part of celebrating 35 years of People magazine. The Action News Team recreation is hilarious. Take a look:

Megan Fox Talks Insecurities and Loss of Privacy

Megan Fox appeared on The Today Show to promote Jennifer's Body, her new film. She talked about how insecure most actors are, especially women. "I think that all actors are pretty insecure, in general I mean, I can't speak for everyone. I think that's what drives us into this business is that insecurity... Especially being a woman. I think that all women have some deep-seeded insecurities, for whatever reason because of how we're raised in society. It's hard having so much focus put on you all the time. It's hard to maintain that confidence, because you are always second guessing yourself and questioning yourself and feeling like you are letting someone down or you're failing in one way or another because you can't please all the people all the time."

She also talks about the best and worst parts of fame. She looks fabulous and sounds quite humble. Alas, there was nary a mention of Michael Bay, Hitler or the Great Pyramids of Gizeh. Take a look:

Matt Lauer Talks to Lizzi Miller About Nude Glamour Photo

Lizzi Miller Nude PhotoPlus-size model Lizzi Miller had a small nude photo in the September issue of Glamour. The photograph was on page 194 but it still got everyone's attention and a great deal of positive feedback. Matt Lauer talked to Lizzi Miller and Glamour editor Cindi Leive about the photo and what it means for women and for the fashion industry. Cindi Leive says the positive reaction to the photo could be a game changer for the fashion industry.
The response was so large and effusive that Glamour editor Cindi Leive says Miller is proving to be a game changer when it comes to fashion magazines -which often pay lip service to the idea of representing all women, but usually opt for the carrot-sticks-and-cigarettes, skin-and-bones types when it comes to cover girls.

"I think it absolutely will," Leive told Matt Lauer on TODAY Monday. "You get a reaction like this and you can really see it. It's also a sign of the times that women are really looking for a little bit more authenticity and a little bit less artifice in every part of their lives.

"Will it change our approach? I think it will."
Lizzi Miller says she wasn't that enthralled with the photo when she first saw it. She said, "I'm just like every other girl who has insecurities," she said. "The first thing I thought was, 'OK, not the most flattering picture.'"

Here's the interview. Take a look:

Matt Lauer's Secret Indulgences

Matt Lauer, Meredith Vieira, Hoda Kotb, Kathie Lee Gifford, Ann Curry and other NBC anchors and personalities reveal their secret pleasures in this funny web video. Not surprisingly, because they are on-air personalities who have to watch their weight, many of the vices involve food: butter, dark chocolate, ribs, ice cream and milkshakes are just a few of the things they dream of and occasionally indulge in when no one's looking. Kathie Lee is the only one who named booze, interestingly enough. Take a look:

Video: Natasha Bedingfield Covers Ray of Light

Singer songwriter Natasha Bedingfield appeared on The Today Show's concert series where she sang her hits "Unwritten" and "Pocketful of Sunshine." Although Natasha usually sings her own songs in concert, she said she's been singing one of her favorite Madonna songs, "Ray of Light" when she's on tour. She says Madonna is an excellent songwriter, but most people don't focus on that because she's such an amazing performer. Here's Natasha's cover of "Ray of Light":

Bruno Falls for Matt Lauer

Bruno (Sacha Baron Cohen) is still making the rounds to promote his new movie, which opens tomorrow. He was interviewed by Matt Lauer on The Today Show. Bruno wore a silver lame jumpsuit with a tiny bowler hat. Matt asks Bruno some very serious questions, and then drops the bombshell: the Austrian Minister to Great Britain is demanding a boycott of the movie because he despises the way it portrays Austria. Bruno, hearing that news for the first time, begins to cry saying that this is a private moment for him. He then quickly orders the camera crew to come in tight for a close up. Ah, Bruno. We cannot resist his ridiculousness. But really, here is the burning question of the day: Now that Zac Efron has cut his hair, will Bruno do the same? Take a look:

Unfortunately, the clip ends before Bruno falls into Matt Lauer's arms, hoping to find some comfort. Matt Lauer is probably happy that the cameras had stopped rolling to go to commercial.
