that Levi Johnston did not go the full Monty for his Playgirl spread, after all.
Contrary to earlier teases that the 19-year would leave nothing to the imagination in his Playgirl photo shoot, "He did not give 'full frontal' as his manager Tank [Jones] reported he would," Daniel Nardicio, a spokesman for Playgirl, tells New York's Daily News. The pictorial spread was shot last week.
Still, said Nardicio, "We're thrilled with the photos we got, and are confident people will love them, but although there may be glimpses, we did not get full on frontal nudity."
For the record, Palin told Oprah Winfrey Monday that she considers Playgirl to be "porn." She added, "It's kind of heartbreaking to see the road he is on right now."
We think this was a wise decision on Levi's part. Posing naked in Playgirl isn't going to help his career (he says he wants to act) and he has a baby boy to support now. So what made him come to his senses? Last minute attack of modesty? A call from Bristol? Whatever it was, it was a good thing. Now, he needs to go to acting school and get focused on his career. And it's probably time to stop talking about his almost in-law, as well.

Levi Johnston was on the CBS' Early Show this morning. He revealed some new unflattering information about former Vice Presidential candidate and Alaska Governor Sarah Palin. Johnston says Sarah Palin repeatedely jokingly referred to Trig as her "retarded baby." He also says the Palins would fight in front of their kids about divorce. Levi also says there are some things he has not said about Sarah Palin that are "huge." He says these are things she did while she was Governor that will get her in trouble. He wouldn't answer the question whether these things she did were illegal or immoral. Take a look:

Levi Johnston Says Fame Went to Sarah Palin's Head
This morning Levi Johnston talked to Ann Curry of The Today Show and his relationship with Sarah Palin and her family. When asked, Levi said one major reason Sarah Palin resigned as governor was for financial reasons. He said he believed her book deal was worth between seven and nine million dollars and that she was considering doing a reality TV show, although the kids didn't want to do it. Levi says she was very stressed out when she came back to Alaska after the campaign ended and he thought the fame went to her head. He said that although she is very smart and that she means a lot to him, but after she quit on Alaska he wouldn't vote for her for president because clearly she can't handle the pressure. What's interesting is that Levi doesn't really sound like he has an axe to grind; he just sounds like he's genuinely trying to answer Ann's questions as best he can. His opinions aren't going to go over too well with Sarah Palin, though.

Levi Johnston - the former fiance of Alaska Governor Sarah Palin's daughter Bristol - says money problems are the reason behind Sarah Palin's surprise resignation. He also mentions Sarah Palin's recent book deal, which he says brought in "millions." Levi Johnston says he won't vote for Sarah Palin if she runs for President in 2012. He says he would have to say "no" after seeing her leave the state of Alaska before finishing her term as Governor. He doesn't think she is cut out for the job. Take a look:

writing a tell all book about Sarah Palin and her family. Page Six reports:
The battle between Levi Johnston and Sarah Palin isn't over yet. Johnston -- best known for impregnating the former vice-presidential candidate's daughter, Bristol -- "is shopping a book," his bodyguard/publicist, Tank, tells New York magazine. And it seems the book will focus on the Wasilla, Alaska, political family. "There are still many untold stories about the Palins," he said. Until the tell-all is released, though, Johnston is considering "a leading role" in a movie and a possible upcoming TV "docu-drama."
Now that Sarah Palin has resigned as governor of Alaska, Levi better get cracking on that book. The timing is important on these tell-all memoirs.
Sarah Palin Furious at Levi's Statements on Tyra Banks Show
Alaska governor Sarah Palin is livid over Levi Johnston's appearance on the Tyra Banks show, in which he said Sarah knew he and Bristol were intimate when they lived under her roof. Governor Palin blasted Levi in a statement that flat out called him a liar.
"Bristol did not even know Levi was going on the show. We're disappointed that Levi and his family, in a quest for fame, attention, and fortune, are engaging in flat-out lies, gross exaggeration, and even distortion of their relationship," says the statement from the Palin family rep.
"Bristol's focus will remain on raising Tripp, completing her education, and advocating abstinence," the statement continues. "It is unfortunate that Levi finds it more appealing to exploit his previous relationship with Bristol than to contribute to the well being of the child."
The statement ends, saying, "Bristol realizes now that she made a mistake in her relationship and is the one taking responsibility for their actions."
In the show airing April 6, Johnston tells Tyra Banks that he believes Sarah Palin knew he and Bristol, 18, were having sex when they lived under her roof. "I'm pretty sure she probably knew. Moms are pretty smart," Johnston says.
Well, that's going to make for some awkward family gatherings.
Levi Johnston appears on the Tyra Banks Show on Monday. In the interview, Tyra asks him some very personal questions about his and Bristol Palin's relationship. When asked if Sarah Palin knew the couple were sleeping together, he said yes he thought she know because "moms are pretty smart." Then Tyra asks him if they practiced safe sex and if there was a "wardrobe malfunction" e.g., did the condom break. With Tyra, there are no boundaries. Take a look:
Bristol Palin and Levi Johnston Break Off Engagement
Levi Johnston and Bristol Palin, the teenage daughter of Governor Sarah Palin, have broken off their engagement. Bristol Palin gave birth to baby Tripp about two and a half months ago. Bristol confirmed the break-up in a statement from a family spokesperson to Us.
"It is true that Levi and I are no longer together," she told Usmagazine.com in a statement through the Palin family spokesperson, Meghan Stapleton. "However, I am absolutely committed to being the best mom to Tripp Easton."
Bristol also recently spoke out against abstinence-only birth control plans saying it's "not realistic at all." Here's a video clip that shows some highlights from when Levi and Bristol attended the Republican convention last September.
