The new campaign for Kate Moss's new fragrance, Vintage by Kate Moss, has been unveiled. The print ad was shot by Mert and Marcus. The television campaign was created by British artist and photographer Katerina Jebb.
Vintage is a blend of fruity and floriental notes. The fragrance opens with pink pepper, white freesia and mandarin and is followed by smooth heliotrope, jasmine and almond flower. Base notes include tonka bean, vanilla and skin musks.
The smoky topaz and jade coloured perfume bottle was was inspired by the vintage perfumes of the 1920s and 1930s. The flacon is finely faceted on the front and sides and on the glass-like cap to create a jewel-like effect. This is enhanced by a rose-gold collar around the neck of the bottle. The front of the fragrance is adorned by the Vintage name and Kate Moss's signature in a classic vintage rose gold.
Kate Moss says, "I am fascinated by vintage pieces because they not only have a remarkable beauty but also an innate sense of history - I love the fact that each object has its own story to tell. And yet vintage items can be reinvented with a modern twist to make them very fresh and relevant today. That's why vintage looks have inspired my personal style, my work as a fashion designer and, now, my fragrance."
Kate Moss is also the face of YSL's new fragrance called Parisienne.

Lily Allen is on vacation in with Kate Moss and Kate's daughter in St. Tropez. The Daily Mail features photos of Lily looking quite trim and reports that Lily has been asking Kate for advice on dieting. Kate has kindly shared her secret regime, called "the rock chick diet" which consists of champagne, vodka, coffee and cigarettes. Yum!
According to Closer magazine, Lily recently turned to Kate for help on keeping the weight off.
'Kate's been telling her to try the "rock chick" diet - coffee, cigarettes, vodka and champagne, which are relatively low in calories,' a friend of the star revealed.
The friends looked relaxed and happy earlier in the day as they strolled on the beach towards the yacht with Kate's daughter, Lila Grace, aged six, at times walking between them holding each of their hands.
The best thing about the rock chick diet is the fabulous breath it gives you. And, of course, the lung cancer. Oh, and the cirrhosis of the liver. It's a win win, really.
Kate Moss is the face of Yves Saint Laurent's new fragrance, Parisienne, which will be launched this summer.
"You don't have to be born in Paris to be Parisienne," explained Renaud de Lesquen, president of YSL Beaute, part of L'Oreal's luxury division.
"It's a state of mind," continued Nathalie Duran, YSL Beaute's deputy managing director.
To underscore that point, Brit Kate Moss was chosen to bring her brand of je ne sais quoi to the Parisienne scent's advertising campaign. In the still shot by Craig McDean, she stands on a Parisian bridge at dawn with the Eiffel Tower silhouetted in the background.
"Kate Moss is not afraid to live and to love," said Duran, adding she is emblematic of the spirit of carpe diem threading throughout the entire project. "She's really the definition of the particular woman we wanted."

It's considered by the executives to be a totally new story, one told most graphically and erotically through the ad's film version, shot by Fabien Baron, which recounts the story of a woman (Moss) leaving an apartment in Paris' early morning hours.
"She has taken a rose and by smelling and playing with the flower, she remembers the night of love she has just had a few hours before," said Duran.
Yves Saint Laurent launched the fragrance Paris in 1983 and certainly Parisienne is a nod to that still popular fragrance. As for the ad film, it sounds very French.
Kate Moss and Daria Werbowy are the faces of Longchamp's Fall/Winter 2009 campaign. And yet vintage items can be reinvented with a modern twist to make them very fresh and relevant today. That's why vintage looks have inspired my personal style, my work as a fashion designer and, now, my fragrance."
WWD says Vintage will have a "fruity floriental scent." Kate Moss's other fragrances with Coty can be found on katemossparfums.com.

The Telegraphreports that 35-year-old Kate Moss is going to write her autobiography. Sir Richard Branson has confirmed the book deal. The book will be published by Virgin Books. A final release date has not been set.
The deal has been agreed for several years but it is understood publication was delayed in 2006 to allow Moss to rebuild her career after her alleged cocaine abuse was made public. A final release date for the autobiography has still not been confirmed.
Sir Richard, who has known Moss since she became a model for Storm at the age of 15, said: "It's going to make an exciting read."
He added: "She has led a celebrity life to the max."
It is thought the book will reveal intimate details about her alleged drug abuse, her break-up from Babyshambles rocker Pete Doherty and recent allegations linking her with Eve Berlin from American band Living Things last year while apart from current boyfriend Jamie Hince.
The Telegraph says the deal is rumored to be worth £1 million or $1.5 million U.S.
