Gwyneth Paltrow's latest Goop newsletter includes a five minute clip of her trainer Tracey Anderson. Tracy is doing exercises to tone the upper arms, which Gwyneth says are a problem for her. Gwyneth says Tracy has
"kicked my formerly sagging ass into shape and I will be forever grateful."
This is part of the routine Gwyneth did to get in shape for Iron Man. Gwyneth has opened a gym with Tracy in New York.

Video: Gwyneth Paltrow and Chef Lee Gross Make Vietnamese Salad
Private chef Lee Gross appears on this GOOP video to teach Gwyneth Paltrow how to make one of her favorite Vietnamese salads. Gwyneth got so much grief online (unfairly, we thought) after her roast chicken video, that she's clearly decided to let someone else do the cooking. The salad looks delicious. Take a look:
Video: Tracy Anderson Whips Harry Smith Into Shape, Using Only a Towel
Trainer Tracy Anderson, who is opening a gym with Gwyneth Paltrow and used to train Madonna before they had a reportedly nasty parting of ways, attempts to get The Early Show's Harry Smith in shape using only a towel. Tracy says that to keep New Year's fitness resolutions, break them into specific, sustainable goals, such as "I will lose two pounds this week." She also says to try to make fitness fun. Take a look:
Here's the trailer for Iron Man 2 starring Robert Downey, Jr. as Tony Stark/Iron Man and Gwyneth Paltrow as Pepper Potts. Mickey Roarke is Ivan Vanko/Whiplash and Scarlett Johansson is Natasha Romanoff/Black Widow. Don Cheadle replaces Terrence Howard as Col. James 'Rhodey' Rhodes/War Machine. We have to love a movie where almost everyone has has a secret identity. Take a look:

Remember the GOOP video of Gwyneth Paltrow cooking chicken? Well, Funny or Die has made a spoof video starring Saturday Night Live's Abby Elliot. Remember: making chicken is hard but Gwyneth Paltrow can help. And you can never have too much fleur de sel. Well, you can't. Take a look:
Video: Gwyneth Paltrow Cooks Quick Roast Chicken and Potatoes
In her latest Goop newsletter, Gwyneth Paltrow shares her recipe for Quick Roast Chicken & Potatoes and a Farmers Market Salad. In this video, she cooks the meal herself. It looks quite healthy and tasty. We had to laugh when she used a Rachel Zoe-ism, saying something is "Bananas". Take a look:
You can see the recipes for the dishes she cooked here.
More Photos of Scarlett Johansson and Gwyneth Paltrow in Iron Man 2
Here are a couple new photos of Scarlett Johansson (as Black Widow) and Gwyneth Paltrow (as Pepper Potts) from Iron Man 2. Gwyneth Paltrow didn't make the Entertainment Weekly cover so it is good to see there is a photo of her in this latest publicity round.
Entertainment Weekly has the
Scarlett Johansson first photos from Iron Man 2 and they look amazing. Scarlett Johansson plays the infamous Black Widow.
Adding more flesh and blood to the new movie, Scarlett Johansson joined the cast as Stark's mysterious new assistant, Natasha, who has an alter ego of her own, Black Widow. That introduction inevitably sparks romantic tension between Stark and former assistant Pepper Potts (Gwyneth Paltrow), who's been promoted to CEO of Stark Industries. "The men want it to be, like, 'Ooh, the girls are fighting over Tony,' but it's not as standard as that," says Paltrow. "There's a weird male catfight fantasy. Downey agrees. He believes what differentiates the franchise from other superhero series can be summarized as follows: "We're horny. Not, like, can't-bring-your-kids horny, but just...horny."
The question remains whether Iron Man 2 will soar like the first film or show signs of rust when it hits theaters. "People are going to be more critical," says Downey. "That's their prerogative....In a way, there's no way to win, except to win. Big."
Why in the world is Robert Downey, Jr. on the cover of EW flanked by Scarlett and Mickey Roarke?? Where is Gwyneth Paltrow as Pepper Potts? We suppose the photographer was going for "the hero surrounded by villains" but it's not working. Gwynnie should have been on the cover. Clearly, the photographer is not a GOOP fan.
Gwyneth Paltrow Brings Butt Exercise for Conan O'Brien
Gwyneth Paltrow was on the Tonight Show last night and she brought a special exericse to help Conan O'Brien strengthen his butt. The exercise doesn't look like it would be that helpful, at least not the way Conan is doing it. Take a look:

She writes in her recent Goop newsletter, "If you do want to shop and you are looking for an on-trend item, the jumpsuit is making a comeback in a big way. This one is more evening but Zoe Tees make amazing, comfortable ones that work well with any shape."
Gwyneth Paltrow Auctions Clothes For Robin Hood Foundation
Gwyneth Paltrow mentioned in her most recent Goop newsletter that she is cleaning out her closet.
I am going back to my day job this spring (filming a movie) and I am confronted with a few wardrobe issues. First of all, I never know what to wear in Los Angeles (are those pajamas??) and inexplicably, I am always freezing here. Having had a good look through the spring collections, I don’t think it's necessary to make any sweeping changes. They are still selling gladiators that are almost identical to the ones I got last spring and there hasn’t been any major shift in silhouettes. I am going to stick with the classics and update a few simple pieces that are easy to wear. In keeping with the idea (as my mom says) of shopping in your closet, I recently did a good look-through and found some things that I will now call "vintage" as well as doing a big cathartic spring cleanout. I thought maybe I would eBay some of my favorite and most treasured things to raise some money for the Robin Hood Foundation, who do a lot of amazing work in New York City. So check it out if you are interested.
She has put the item she won't be keeping up for sale on eBay. You can find all of the items here. The auction includes items from Michael Kors, Max Mara, Diane Von Furstenberg, Valentino, Jimmy Choo, Roger Vivier and many others. All proceeds from the eBay sales will go to the Robin Hood Foundation, which helps fight poverty in New York.

Gwyneth Paltrow to Launch Collection With French Label ZOEtee
Gwyneth Paltrow is going to be designing a 1970s-inspired capsule collection with French label ZOEtee that will be called ZOEtee's Loves Gwyneth. People received some details of Gwyneth's clothing line from ZOEtee.
The collection, which will consist of seven easy-dressing silhouettes ranging from casual basics to draped evening dresses, will capture the star's laid-back daytime style, as well as her always-elegant red carpet looks. Taking inspiration from '70s glam and rock 'n' roll, the line will play with form, pairing over-sized shapes with tight-fitting styles and asymmetrical cuts. And style icon Gwyneth made sure she was involved in every stage of the development process, from fit to detailing to fabrics and packaging. Expect to see mesh detailed tops, draped evening dresses, vintage look sweatshirts, jumpsuits and recycled cotton legging basics.
Gwyneth's ZOEtee clothes will arrive in Europe and the U.S. in the middle of August. More about Gwyneth's clothes are expected to be revealed this coming week. Proceeds from sales of the collection will be donated to the charity Kids Company.
