On Twitter: "People are much more interested in what I have to say directly, and that really changed the whole dynamic I have with fans...I can't impress enough the difference in how people are perceiving me. They're getting to see who I am."
On Being Labeled a Cougar: "I'm certainly not the first person to be in a relationship with a younger man, but somehow I was plucked out as a bit of a poster girl" ... "I'd prefer to be called a puma," she says, explaining how she came up with the new designation and "Twittered it out. People wrote back hilarious stuff, saying, 'I'm going to get T-shirts that say puma power.'"
On Age and Her Career: "The frustrating part is that the type of roles I'd be interested in are not really coming to me. I hate to say it's a function of my age [47]-but yes, I think in some ways it is. The majority of [female] roles are geared between 25 and 35."

Ashton Kutcher Posts Photo of Demi Moore With Mohawk
Demi Moore doesn't really have a mohawk. The above photograph was a photoshopped photo posted by her husband, Ashton Kutcher, on his Twitter account. She still looks good even with a mohawk which is not a surprise because she did look great with the short buzz cut in G.I. Jane.

Jill Martin tells Kathie Lee and Hoda about how to dress like you're on the red carpet, for less. She analyzes the red carpet looks of Courtney Cox-Arquette, Brooke Shields, Eva Longoria, Demi Moore and Halle Berry and shows how to duplicate the look for much less. Take a look:
Leeches Have Health Benefits But Not Beauty Benefits
CBS News' Michelle Miller investigated claims that leeches can be used for a beauty treatment or for a health treatment. Demi Moore told David Letterman that she had been using leech therapy as a beauty treatment in Austria. It turns out that leeches have no beauty benefit like Demi Moore believes but they can help relieve pain, especially for sufferers of osteoarthritis. Michelle Miller went in for the treatment and let them put two of the blood-sucking leeches on her knee. When the leeches latch on they release some peptides, which act as a natural pain killer. Arya Nielson, an integrative medicinal practitioner, also talked about leeches with Maggie Rodriguez. Arya says the leeches are not useful for a beauty treatment. Note: there are a couple leeches in the video.

Demi Moore is
speaking out
about Hollywood's not so well-kept dirty secret: when women hit 40 they simply disappear from the silver screen. Well, Demi's not keeping quiet. And despite the fact that she looks 30, she hasn't had many film offers since her comeback role in Charlie's Angels 3 in which she easily upstaged Cameron Diaz in a bikini.
"It's been a challenging few years, being the age I am. Almost to the point where I felt like, well, they don't know what to do with me. I am not 20. Not 30," she revealed to Red magazine. "There aren't that many good roles for women over 40. A lot of them don't have much substance, other than being someone's mother or wife."
Demi's frustration with Hollywood's attitudes toward "women of a certain age" was evident throughout her interview with the publication. "If we are told we are not valuable once we hit 30, it is a problem," she said. "We all have more to give ... We can't just wait for something to happen. We have to say, 'I'm mad as hell and I'm not going to take it any more.'"
It's so true. When Helen Mirren won an Oscar all any journalist could talk about was how great she looked....for her age. Her win was celebrated because it -- and her career -- is so unusual.
And as for how she looks so fabulous, The Daily Mail (U.K.) claims
that Demi has spent over £226k on plastic surgery -- that works out to about $453,446.49. The editors gleefully list every procedure they claim she's had and the prices.
After a string of flops in the 1990s, she took a career break, during which time she met her current husband, 29-year-old Ashton Kutcher.
Miss Moore then returned to the screen in 2003's Charlie's Angels: Full Throttle, emerging from the sea in a skimpy bikini which showed off the results of a cosmetic surgery spending spree.
As well as breast implants, collagen injections and liposuction on her hips, thighs and stomach, she had a £5,000 procedure to lift the sagging skin on her knees.
She also employed an army of advisers - including a nutritionist, personal trainer, yoga teacher and kick-boxing coach.
Demi looks amazing. In fact, looks better than 90% of the 25-year old starlets. Did she really have close to half a million dollars worth of surgery? That seems excessive to us. We think much of the upkeep cost comes from salaries for personal chefs and trainers. But hey, that's her business -- to look good. And act, of course. Demi is known for her unstoppable energy and work ethic. Maybe she could be convinced to have a little chat with Britney.
British Voguereports that Demi Moore will take over from Madonna as the new face of Versace.
The stunning actress and mother-of-three has taken over from the singer as the face of Versace. Six images for the new campaign, which will appear in the glossies in August, were shot by Mario Testino is his London studio recently. "I have known Demi Moore for many years and never has she been as beautiful as she is now," Donatella told Women's Wear Daily. "Her presence is magnetic because it is entirely natural and never forced. Her personality comes shining through." And Demi was just as pleased about the project. "I was thrilled and honoured when they asked me to do the new campaign," she said. "Donatella is an amazing woman who has never been better and I adore working with Mario. The whole creative team was an absolute joy."
We're thinking Demi's "mink coat over a bikini with high heels" look from Charlie's Angels 3 may be what sparked Donatella Versace's imagination. She's in awesome shape and it certainly was a unique look.
