Lady Gaga got most of the attention on the Brit Awards red carpet this year with her dramatic entrance in a tiered white gown and white lace Phillip Treacy mask. Here are some highlights of what a few other celebrities were wearing.
Lily Allen wore a black gown from the Chanel Pre-Fall 2010 collection. You can see a photograph here.
Leona Lewis was wearing a corseted William Tempest corseted minidress. William Tempest told Vogue UK that the dress is named Tiffany.
Pixie Lott wore a black lace dress wby British designer Kate Halfpenny. She didn't design her own dress as has been rumored. You can see a sketch of the dress here.

Mel B and Geri react to The Spice Girls winning a Brit Award. The Spice Girl won the Brits Performance of 30 Years award for their 1997 performance of "Wannabe"/"Who Do You Think You Are." The singers were very excited and very grateful to their fans for the award. When told to get back together they said they never broke up and they "still love each other." Take a look:
Lady Gaga always makes a show stopping entrance. To the Brit Awards she wore a dramatic, tiered white gown which called to mind a layered wedding cake. She accessorized with a white lace Phillip Treacy mask and a Marie Antoinette-inspired blond hairdo which was embellished with lace insets. Similar updos were seen at the Paris Haute Couture shows, especially at Chanel.
Lady Gaga tweeted about her outfit and tonight's performance. She wrote, "Tonight's performance is inspired by our friend. Mask by Phillip Treacy, Sculpture by Nick Knight, Music by Lady Gaga. We miss you."

Several Female Artists Score Brit Award Nominations But SuBo Snubbed
ITN reports that female artists are leading the way at this year's Brit Awards. Lady Gaga, Florence & the Machine, Lily Allen and Pixie Lott nominated for three each. Susan Boyle, who had the biggest selling British album in 2009, was unfairly snubbed. Take a look:
Welsh singer Duffy cleaned up at this year's Brit Awards winning awards in three categories: British Female Solo Artist, Best British Album and British Breakthrough Act. Paul Weller, Elbow, Girls Aloud, Kanye West and Katy Perry were some of the other winners.

Katy Perry really loves Hello Kitty. Maybe even a little too much. Apparently, Katy wasn't feeling too well at the 2009 Brit Awards. While accepting her award for Best International Female Artist she said, "I'm so sick right now, but they said I should show up because something special might happen. Thank you to everyone at my record label. (I proved) I work pretty hard because I want to die right now." After accepting her award Katy got sick backstage. Katy, we hope you are feeling better soon.
