He made his ultimate cheese dip and some of his famous duck and sausage gumbo for the GMA host and Emeril's buddy, former Dallas Cowboy and all-pro running back Emmitt Smith. Emmitt dined at Emeril's restaurant last night, as did may celebs who are sampling the best restaurants in New Orleans. Take a look:
