TrekMovie.com has the
scoop on three Star Trek fragrances that are launching in conjunction with the J.J. Abrams directed
remake. The names of the three fragrances from
Genki Wear are Tiberius, Red Shirt and Pon Farr.
The Tiberius perfume has a picture of James T. Kirk on the box and the words "boldly go." Genki Wear says the cologne for men is "difficult to define and impossible to refuse." The Red Shirt perfume honors the nameless Star Trek crew victims. The box carries the tagline, "Because Tomorrow May Never Come." The Pon Farr fragrance is named after the Vulcan mating ritual or compulsion. StarTrek.com
says Pon Farr is "an ancient drive that impels the Vulcan to return home to take a mate, or die."
