Shakira Covers September 2013 Issue of Self Magazine
Shakira covers the September 2013 issue of Self magazine. Shakira told Self she did Zumba during her pregnancy and four to five mornings a week after her pregnancy. Shakira says, "I did Zumba throughout my pregnancy. That helped me not gain too much weight."
Shakira also talked to Self about staying positive. She says, "I don't obsess over my flaws, because I see my body as a whole. Besides, I think men appreciate confidence more than perfection."
The Selfslideshow also reveals some of Shakira's ab exercises. They include cow crunches, belly-blasting taps and standing knee-ups.
