Queen Elizabeth Welcomes the Olympic Torch to Windsor Castle

Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Philip welcomed the Olympic torch to Windsor Castle, as it continues its tour of the United Kingdom. After a torrential downpour, the rain let up enough so that crowds come come out to see the passing of the torch to Gina Macgregor, 74. Ms. Macgregor was soaking wet when she met the Queen, but was in great spirits. She told the Queen "I looked fine this morning", which got a laugh from the Queen and the Duke of Edinburgh.
