Prince Charles Reads the Scottish Weather Forecast

Prince Charles decided to give weather forecasting a go during his tour of a BBC television studio in Glasgow, Scotland. Charles read a forecast written especially for him, which noted that their was "the potential for a few flurries over Balmoral as the afternoon goes on." That surprised the prince, who joked, "who the hell wrote this?" He does rather well, actually. Take a look:
