Polaroid Unveils Socialmatic Camera at CES 2014
Polaroid unveiled its new Socialmatic Camera at CES 2014. The camera uses ZINK Paper and is powered by Android. Polaroid partnered with Socialmatic LLC for its new camera. Polaroid says its new camera provides the nostalgic appeal of vintage Polaroid instant cameras with the modern appeal of being apple to instantly share photographs through social media sites.
The camera shares photos using built-in Wi-Fi and an Android interface. Users can take photos with the 14 megapixel front-side camera or 2 megapixel rear-side camera. The camera has a 4.5-inch touchscreen LCD display.

Polaroid says C&A Licensing, an authorized Polaroid Licensee, will produce and distribute the camera. It is slated to arrive in the fall of 2014. The camera will be available in black and white versions.
