Photographer Chris Guerra Killed While Trying to Get Photo of Justin Bieber

Los Angeles police say that a paparazzo was killed on the freeway when he was trying to get a close up shot of Justin Bieber in his white Ferrarri. The Ferrarri had been stopped by police, but it turns out that Justin was not in the car. The police asked the photographer repeatedly to go back to his car. Eventually, he did but didn't look both ways and was struck by car. Rapper Lil Twist was actually driving the car at the time of the accident. Lil Twist is a protege of Lil Wayne and has been seen partying with Bieber for several weeks now.

TMZ reports that the photographer's name was Chris Guerra. TMZ spoke with Guerra's mentor, another photographer who said that Chris called him to tell him that Justin had been smoking marijuana and that he was going to get a photo of it. Here is the official version of what happened:
