Olivia Culpo, Miss Universe 2012, walked the red carpet at the 2013 Academy Awards. Olivia was Miss USA when she was crowned Miss Universe. Olivia looked lovely in a mint green silk chiffon gown by Tony Ward which featured elaborate beading on the bodice, the skirt and on the back. Olivia accessorized with a diamond cocktail ring.
After the show Olivia
tweeted, "Successful #oscars night. I have never seen so many GORGEOUS women in one place." Olivia also shared some pre-Oscars photos on Twitter.
