Merida, from Disney-Pixar's
Brave, will soon be skating with Mickey, Minnie, Ariel, Rapunzel, Belle and more. The Disney On Ice presents Rockin' Ever After will launch a North American tour performing in more than 70 cities beginning on August 31, 2012 in Lakeland, Fla. Tickets for all 2012 engagements will go on sale July 20, 2012. The show is produced by Feld Entertainment.
Producer Nicole Feld says, "The most exciting part of bringing a fearless and independent character like Merida to the ice for the first time is knowing that she has a powerful and inspiring message to deliver about finding the courage to determine one's own fate. We think her story translates well to the ice and will really resonate with today's audience."
