Melanie Griffith walked the red carpet at the 2012 Oscars with her husband Antonio Banderas. Antonio is the voice of
Puss in Boots: the film
was nominated Best Animated Feature, but lost to
Rango. Melanie wore a one shoulder black gown by Yves Saint Laurent which featured black lace and sequin detailing and which showed off her upper arm tattoo of a large heart with her husband's name inked inside. Melanie accessorized with a diamond and Tahitian pearl bracelet and diamond and blue sapphire earrings.
