McDonald's to Change Name to Macca's for One Month in Australia

Time reports that McDonald's in Australia will be changing the name of its restaurants to Macca's for one month. Macca's is an Australian slang term for the fast food chain. The name change will begin at select McDonald's on Australia Day, Jan. 26. Mark Lollback, McDonald's chief marketing officer in Australia, said in a statement, "We’re incredibly proud to embrace our 'Australian-only' nickname." Take a look:
