Matt Lauer Channels Pamela Anderson on Baywatch for Halloween

Matt Lauer dressed up as Pamela Anderson's Baywatch character CJ for Halloween. The Today Show anchors channeled characters from their favorite TV shows. Lauer's transformation was the most disturbing. He wore Pamela's iconic red swimsuit from the show.

Al Roker was good as Mr. T from the A-Team. Willie Geist was David Hasselhoff and Carmen Electra tried to help out Lauer by reprising her role as Lani McKenzie on Baywatch. Natalie Morales and Savannah Guthrie dressed up as Laverne and Shirley. Kathie Lee Gifford and Hoda Kotb were Wilma and Betty from The Flintstones.

Lauer did get a compliment from Pamela herself. Here's Matt Lauer bursting onto the sand.
