And so it begins. A shopper in line at a K-Mart in Sacramento, California
threatened to stab fellow customers over Black Friday doorbusters.
The crowd had been lined up since 2:00 am, hoping to get one of the vouchers that would guarantee purchase of the various doorbuster items.
When the employees opened the doors to hand out the vouchers, people began yelling, pushing, shoving and screaming obscenities. One man yelled that he would stab someone. That made the crowd laugh, but he said he really wasn't kidding. Luckily, no one was stabbed and they eventually all got into the store after the cops arrived to restore order. The police said that K-mart should have hired security to prevent violence. There is absolutely nothing at K-mart that is worth dying over.
