Lagos, Nigeria is First African City to Get Its Own Version of Monopoly

Monopoly has a new version out called Monopoly Lagos. This makes Lagos, Nigeria the first African city to get its own Monopoly. CNN's Vladimir Duthiers shows you some of the highlights in Monopoly Lagos. He also explains why many of the Chance cards are about traffic violations.
