Kylie Minogue received the honorary Doctor of Health Sciences award at the Chelmsford campus of Anglia Ruskin University for her work promoting breast cancer awareness. given an honorary degree for her work promoting cancer from Anglia University. Kylie says she felt a lot of love from fans and total strangers when she was going through her battle with cancer. She said, "I was at a cafe and someone just came and gave me a flower, where as normally people would ask for a photograph, or an autograph, or something for themselves.
