Kesha's Crazy Beautiful Life Book and Documentary

Posted on October 16, 2012

Singer-songwriter Kesha has released the cover art for her book, My Crazy Beautiful Life, which arrives in stores on November 20, 2012 Kesha also has a new album, Warrior, coming out in December. The book follows Kesha Rose Sebert's journey from a terrible waitress in L.A. to the pop singer known as Ke$ha.

Kesha describes herself as the very worst waitress in Los Angeles. The transition from awful waitress to popstar does sound interesting. We think she could have found a better photo for the book cover.

Here is how Kesha describers her book: "In less than three years, I've gone from being the worst waitress in LA to living out my childhood dreams of singing my songs to people all over the world. Sometimes, it feels as if the last few years have encompassed a few decades... You might have heard my voice on the radio, seen me onstage and on the red carpet, or in a music video, but that's only a part of the story. In these pages, I'm revealing a more complete picture of what my life is really like. It's not all glamorous and it's not all pretty, but it's all real... I want you to come on a whirlwind journey with an all-access pass to My Crazy Beautiful Life."

Kesha also went on to release a documentary with the same name in 2013. The film was shot over the course of two years by her filmmaker brother, Lagan Sebert. It was released as a series for MTV. Here is the trailer.
