Kelly Osbourne was a commentator for
E! for the Oscars red carpet. Kelly wore a beautiful, form-fitting black gown by Badgley Mischka which featured forest green beading and illusion cutouts. Kelly accessorized with Sutra jewelry and a diamond ring by Palladium. Her hair is violet at the moment, and she wore it down, in a side part with loose curls. She wore forest green nail polish.
