Justin Bieber has partnered with Essence for his upcoming North American and Europe world tour, which begins on January 26. Essence is the official cosmetics partner of the Justin Bieber Believe Tour 2013. The cosmetics company will have make-up booths at select concerts.
Tour dates for the 2013 Believe Tour can be found on the "Events" tab on Justin Bieber's
website. Bieber has concert stops scheduled nearly every other day through August 10, so it will be a very busy year for him.
