ear studs and truly hideous overalls with one strap tucked inside the bib. You think his stylist would have had him decked out in an amazing Armani suit for such a serious occasion. We've seen him really turn it out for the red carpet and look quite polished. This was a major fashion fail for the Biebs.
Prime Minister Harper tweeted, "Was happy to present @justinbieber with a Diamond Jubilee Medal today." Showing he has a good sense of humor, Harper responded to all the complaints about Justin's odd attire by tweeting, "In fairness to @justinbieber, I told him I would be wearing my overalls too. #cdnpoli #beliebers." Okay, that's really funny.
