New York City recently approved tiny 300 square feet micro apartments. Apartments this small are so tiny they should not even be a reality, but in Japan they are made even smaller. Tokyo has micro apartments that are as small as 200 square feet. The apartments have storage spaces underneath the floor, fold-out counter tops and steps that double as a sofa.
