Now that Anne Hathaway has
formally apologized to the House of Valentino for switching to a Prada gown for the Oscars, the reports have emerged that Anne pretty much flipped a cog at rehearsals after Amanda Seyfried showed her an iPhone pic of her gown, which Anne thought was remarkably similar to the Valentino gown she was slated to wear.
Reports say Anne didn't ask Amanda to change her gown, but stewed over it for a full day. She then called Rachel Zoe who somehow, magically procured a lovely pale pink Prada gown for her to wear -- two hours before the event. The gown couldn't be altered in time which led to a Twitter eruption
over the pointy emphasis the darts gave to Anne's bustline. (Boy do we hope that episode airs on
The Rachel Zoe Project). Anyway, the tabloids have intimated that there is bad blood between the two actresses over the fashion snafu. Now Amanda has cleared the air, tweeting to Anne: "Fact: I love you, Anne!" So, there you have it. Feud over.
