Groundhog Day: Punxsutawney Phil Predicts Early Spring

It's Groundhog Day and in west central Pennsylvania the annual ritual was observed. The famous groundhog, Punxsutawney Phil, emerged from his lair (okay, they actually had to coax him out with treats) and did not see his shadow.
