Effie Trinket's Capitol Portrait has been revealed. The fashionable character from
The Hunger Games is played by actress Elizabeth Banks.
Effie's look is described as wearing a chiffon and organza blooms gown by the Capitol's fashion magazine,
Capitol Couture.
Head to heel in couture, Effie enchants in an exploding silhouette of chiffon and organza blooms. Never one to waver in her fashionable footwear, her heel-less boots are shod with a golden horse-shoe platform.
