Nation's Restaurant News reports that Disney Dream, a new Disney cruise ship, will feature a fine-dining French restaurant called Remy when it sets sail in January, 2011. The restaurant is named after Remy, the gourmet mouse chef from Ratatouille.

Disney Parks blog says the restaurant's French menu is being created by Chef Arnaud Lallement, a Michelin two-starred chef from Reims, France, and Chef Scott Hunnel from award-winning Victoria & Albert's. The blog also shared a couple photographs of the dishes, including Japanese Wagyu Beef with Garlic-Potato Puree (pictured below) and White Chocolate and Meyer Lemon Purse with Blackberry-Violet Sherbet.
