California Pizza Kitchen (CPK) is launching an unusual Brussels + Bacon Pizza. The pizza contains sweet caramelized onions, Nueske's applewood smoked bacon, Romano and creamy goat cheese with black pepper. The brussels on the pizza are tossed in olive oil and charred. The pizza is available now through the end of March.
Another new item CPK is adding is the Roasted Beets with Whipped Goat Cheese Salad. The salad included beets on a bed of red watercress, tossed with house-made lemon vinaigrette and adorned with California pistachios. The healthy looking salad is also available through the end of March.
CPK CEO G.J. Hart said in a statement, "Seasonal ingredients like Brussels sprouts and red watercress are currently in peak quality and flavor, which makes California Pizza Kitchen’s new seasonal features a delicious and innovative addition to our already unique menu."
