Bounce Bounce Tiger is one of the new fall toys this year from Time to Play. Tigger bounces up and down on his tail, moves and head and speaks. Time to Play reports that Tigger has three different modes. You activate Tigger by pressing his foot. You can also push down on Tigger's head to make him go.
