Lindsay Lohan was released from jail last night after she posted bail. A higher court ruled
that Lindsay must be granted the opportunity to post bail under California law, overruling Judge Elden Fox order sending Lindsay to jail without bail. Lindsay will return to court for a hearing over her punishment for flunking a drug test. At that hearing she could be ordered to rehab or back to jail. She must be spending a fortune in attorney's fees. The AP reports:
