Justin Thornton and Tea Bragazzi of Preen talked to Hilary Alexander of The Telegraph
about their inspiration for their 2010 Spring/Summer collection. They went back to their early influences of grunge, punk and Victoriana and reinterpreted it with a bit of an edge and more architectural silhouettes. They also added a bit of bondage/fetish elements with symbolic ropes around the body. The color palette was muted, with beige, khaki accented with lovely silver,
fuschia, black and white. They say the line still feels very British. In this video, they talk about their collection:
