Courtney Cox Plays Divorced Single Mom in New ABC Sitcom

Courtney Cox stars in a new sitcom, Cougar Town. She plays Jules Cobb, a recently divorced single mother who is discovering dating again. She does this while also running her own real estate business and trying not to embarrass her son. She also has two best friends who recently became her freenemies. The show also explores dating and aging in a beauty and youth obsessed culture.

The series premiere is Wednesday, September 23rd at 9:30pm EST on ABC. The cougar term has become heavily overused and Cougar Town is not a great name, but the show looks funny. In the funny trailer, Courtney's character Jules flashes a boy on a bicycle.
