A Texas man named Mark Zable will be introducing fried beer at the Texas State Fair. He demonstrated the fried beer on Fox News. The procedure involves taking taken dough, putting beer into it and deep frying it. The food has a liquid center. Zable won't explain exactly how he manages to make fried beer.
