Chefs in Naples, Italy are handing out thousand of delicious, handmade margherita pizzas as part of a major protest against pizza cost increases, caused by speculators. The margherita pizza was named after Queen Margherita who adored the simple pizza made of mozarella, tomatoes and basil. Pizza sellers are demanding stricter price controls to defend the reputation of the traditional Neapolitan product which they say should be 'the synthesis of quality and low cost.'
