Chicago chefs are cooking up some unusual things. At the Meatloaf Bakery in Lincoln Park Illinois, new customers might be a bit surprised when they bite into one of the savoury cupcakes. These are not dessert cupcakes at all. Instead, they're full meals, such as a meatloaf cupcake with a mashed potato frosting. Owner Cynthia Kalille says that Chicagoans love to try new things, so why not a full meal that looks like a cupcake? Over at More cupcakes, you can have a sandwich in a cupcake for lunch.
