These three Lego figurines are traveling to outer space. The three 1.5-inch Lego minifigures represent the Roman god Jupiter, his wife Juno and Galileo Galilei. The figures were aboard NASA's Juno spacecraft when it launched on August 5.
It will take five years for the Juno spacecraft to reach Jupiter. The Juno spacecraft will spend about one year orbiting the planet and recording data about Jupiter's atmosphere and magnetic fields.
