Video: Chef John DeLucie Makes His Signature Hamburger and French Fries

Chef John DeLucie, of New York City's The Lion restaurant, shows Al Roker some of his best tips for making a delicious hamburger. The hamburger he made on the show was absolutely gigantic. He used high quality ground chuck, as well as provolone, smoked gouda, applewood bacon, Vidalia onions and grilled tomatoes. He makes his french fries the classic french way -- cooked twice -- and adds some basil and sage, which technically makes them pommes frites. They look delicious. Take a look:
