Paris Hilton Being Sued for $35 Million For Wearing the Wrong Hair Extensions

A company is suing Paris Hilton for $35 million dollars, claiming she failed to appear at a launch party for the company's hair extensions. But Paris was in jail at the time of the launch party, so there is no way she could have been there. In addition, the company accuses Paris of wearing another company's hair extensions. Has this company learned nothing from the Pledge This lawsuit? Paris was sued for failing to promote the movie, which bombed.

But Paris did, in fact, promote the film and won the case easily. If there is one thing Paris Hilton does, it's promote like crazy. She is always promoting something: the girl really does work hard. The company should have rescheduled the launch party when it found out she would be in jail. It's not like L.A. County is going to let her out of her cell to go to a hair extension party launch.

We can't wait to see what kind of expert testimony they'll come up with to prove who made the hair extensions Paris was wearing on the night she allegedly wore a competitor's hair. Perhaps we'll have dueling weave experts fighting it out in court? That should be entertaining, at least.

Suing for $35 million is just absurd. If they ask for a jury trial, Paris will testify and win easily. We hope Kim Kardashian is paying attention here. This is what happens when you're famous and have multiple endorsement deals. Here's the AP's report on it.
